Initial Consulting:
Discovery – Reconciling the business objectives with the availability and capacity goals.
Audit – Detailed site review of the existing data center and supporting environment (if applicable).
Recommendation – Define and articulate the path required to take the existing infrastructure from what was discovered during the Audit Phase to meet company goals defined in the Discovery Phase.
Conceptual, Planning & Design
At the beginning are business requirements to be identified which will provide the framework for the design concept to meet the budgeting and business needs. This includes the complete analysis of existing facilities and capabilities and compare and contrast these against the new availability and capacity requirements. With this information a detailed design is created, budgeted and a timeline created.
